Best experience(s): The detailed explanation to anatomy – how wrong positions lead to pain. Djuna’s style is very engaging. Focusing on subtle restorative movements that have major impact on body instead of sweating really hard during the whole class. Overall very positive feeling after the sessions. I had never heard of this style before but this would be the yoga style I could see myself specializing further.Anna S.
